Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Penn2Meet website (the "Service") operated by Nick Harty ("us," "we," or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

1. Use of Service

Penn2Meet provides a platform to help users find a suitable time for an event. You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose and in a lawful manner. You are responsible for any content (like event names and participant names) you create on the Service.

2. Accounts

When you register as a participant in an event, you must provide us with information that is accurate and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service for a specific event and for any activities or actions under your name.

3. Google Calendar Integration

Our Service offers an optional feature to sync with your Google Calendar. By using this feature, you grant us permission to access your calendar's free/busy information. We do not store any details of your events. This feature is provided "as is" and we are not responsible for any inaccuracies or issues.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Penn2Meet, nor its owner, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

6. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
